Lapaz Batchoy


Batchoy is a noodle suop made with pork organs, crushed pork cracklings, chicken stock, beef loin and round noodles. It is called La Paz batchoy because its origin is from the district of La Paz Iloilo.
It has been a favorite noodle soup enjoyed all over the country




KBL (Kadios, Baboy Langka)


Very popular Ilonggo dish and well loved cuisine known as "KBL". Its main ingredient is Kadios the one that give purple color, Baboy preferably the pata, and Langka the ripe and raw jackfruit. Bat-wan is the recommended souring agent in this menu.
